New Account Procedures

    Putting on new accounts is a simple process. Fax or email the appropriate information and the account will be put on line within twenty four hours. If you need faster service, fax or email the information and call our data entry department. The account will be put on line immediately. At the end of each week, mail us the original copies of the documents.

    Our real time remote internet access allows you to put accounts on line yourself at any time.  For details read our Remote Data Entry Manual for Dealers.

    Our CSV Import Manual describes the file structure for electronically adding accounts if you are a high volume dealer.  We work with your MIS department to produce a program where data entered into your own system is automatically transferred to Central One for monitoring.
