A dated copy of the letter shall be placed in the dealer's contract folder in the administration office. Dear Dealer: You have elected not to receive daily subscriber trouble reports from Central One. These very important reports keep you apprised of the status of your subscriber accounts on subjects such as fail to test, fail to restore, excessive signaling, excessive dispatches, bad or missing information in the database and more. There is no alternative way for you to be informed about many of the issues reported. Central One strongly suggests that you contact the data entry department to arrange for the resumption of this report by fax, email or internet access as soon as possible.
