-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alarm Receiver Formats: Radionics Bulletin 1050 12/13/93 Copyright (C) 1993, Coastal Security Systems, Inc. All rights reserved. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Alarm Traffic Manager central station software includes a receiver interface which accepts a wide variety of alarm receiver formats and converts them to a standard internal format. The internal format is used to further process the alarm. The internal format includes the following fields: Field Range Remarks ---------------- ---------------- ------------------------------------------ account number 1 to 999,999 The subscriber account number (which is the account number actually received plus modifications based on the phone line used by the communicator). alarm/event code 0 to 999 Radionics formats do not include an event code but the software substitutes event codes for unusual pin status conditions. pin status alarm Radionics supports most of these status restore conditions plus many more. Since the trouble central station software does not directly bypass support a pin status such as "log threshold" closing the software must use an event code instead. opening forced arming ambush fail to restore cancel zone/user number 0 to 65,535 text 32 characters The Radionics receiver can send text to the computer interface. However, text cannot yet be sent from the panel to the receiver. Radionics pin status conditions which are not directly supported by the Alarm Traffic Manager software are converted to event codes as shown in the following table. If the letter "Z" appears in the zone number column, the central station uses the zone number which was actually received. If a number appears, it was assigned arbitrarily by the receiver interface software. The following table applies only to the FBI CP-220, Ademco 685, and Radionics D6500 receivers. For information on Radionics formats received on the Osborne Hoffman receiver refer to bulletin number 1031.
