    Central One monitors two way voice alarm systems using toll free 800
numbers and FBI digital alarm receivers which have been especially modified
for the purpose.  The following hardware is already supported by Central One.
If you wish to use two way voice hardware which is not listed please call the
central station and we will gladly arrange to support it.

    Central One recommends that the time out interval for the two way voice
board be set at ninety seconds.  This corresponds to the receiver's setting
of ninety seconds.  The central station software will allow the dispatcher to
connect to the receiver provided the response time of the operator is eighty-
four seconds (allowing six seconds for the operator to dial a trunk access
code that connects the operator's telephone to the special line card).
