 The site account number field in the subscriber database may be used to join
 more than one account together so that the entire group of accounts may be
 put on test at the same time.  Groups of accounts may only be placed on test
 by using fax back or an alert message.  Alert messages may be used to place
 the site account group on test by a central station operator or by the dealer
 via remote internet access.

 When two accounts are required for monitoring the same premises the data entry
 department will, in most cases, automatically create site account references
 to prevent false alarms.  Each account will list the other as its site account
 so that when either account is put on test both accounts will be on test.
