-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Employee Log Reports Bulletin 5050 12/08/92 Copyright (C) 1992, Coastal Security Systems, Inc. All rights reserved. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Service technicians and other authorized employees use Fax Back (for touch tone phone access) or mobile web devices throughout the day to clock in and out of accounts. While they are clocked in, the central station computer automatically cancels all alarm signals. When they call Fax Back after testing signals, Fax Back recites or the mobile web device displays the signals which were received. At the end of each day the central station computer compiles a report of the activity of each employee. That report may be printed from the remote access reports menu or it may be emailed, faxed or down loaded to the dealer. The following is typical report for one employee: Date: 12/08/92 Employee: 5 Time In Out Account Subscriber Sigs? Clk Out? 15:34 16:01 99054 Ike and Tina Turner Y Y 14:10 14:49 99523 Mr. Samuel Clemmons N Y 13:22 13:59 99101 Yoko Ono Y N 10:44 11:13 99309 Bart Simpson N N The report shows the time in and out for each account. If signals were received while the employee was clocked in and the employee called Fax Back to verify them there will be a "Y" for yes in the "Sigs?" column. If the employee called Fax Back to clock out of the account there will be a "Y" for yes in the "Clk Out?" column. If your policy requires all technicians to send a signal from each account they visit this report will be invaluable in enforcing that policy. The "Clk Out?" column is beneficial if you require technicians to clock out of accounts rather than to simply let their time expire.
