Remote Terminal Menus

The remote terminal main menu allows you to display and edit all subscriber and dealer account information and logs, access our dispatch agency database, manage your account number blocks and receiver lines, print alarm reports, receive telephone messages and view live alarm traffic as it is received in real time.  For complete documentation please read our Remote Access Manual.
Display subscriber information and alarm history. Put account on test. Allows remote editing of all data pertaining to any subscriber account including signal definitions, schedules, reports, call list and general information. Shows all alarm company information such as public and private telephone numbers, office hours, answering service instructions, daily report options, invalid signal procedures, and employee directory. Allows remote editing of all alarm company client information. Allows lookup and display of all police, fire and private responder agency information including telephone numbers, permit requirements, and fine schedules. Allows management of receiver lines and blocks of account numbers assigned to dealers.  Easily locate your next free account number and view or print the status of all accounts. Print alarm history reports for any one, such as an all event or open/close report, or all accounts, such as all event, dispatches, or trouble signal report for any range of dates. View alarm signals in real time as they are being received in the central station. Pick up your telephone messages such as sales leads and service calls.
The remote access reports menu provides a number of useful reports you may print on demand:
Terminates session and closes the remote terminal window. Reserved for custom reports made at the request and to the specifications of the dealer alarm company. List those accounts that have had a specified number of police dispatches within a specified period of time.  This report is great for identifying problem accounts. List accounts where the date of the last signal received is older than a date you specify. This option may be used to print the daily reports provided by Central One.  You may also print these reports from the main browser screen. This option causes a spreadsheet of all your accounts to be emailed to you at your office email address. This report lists accounts that are missing subscriber information, signal information, call out list information, or other information necessary for proper monitoring. This report prints all of the data for each subscriber.  It can print all accounts or just those that have changed since the last printing. This report lists all of your subscribers.  It can list just active accounts, just inactive accounts, or both.
