Central One pioneered touch tone access to the central station computer and implemented the Fax Back system in 1986 which allows service technicians to put accounts on test and hear the signals which were received without speaking to a central station operator. From your office, the Fax Back system can be used to order subscriber record information, alarm histories, employee activity reports and bulletins. These documents are immediately printed on your fax machine. Even subscribers may use the service to test their alarm if you choose to give them access.

Simply put, FAX BACK will give you quick and direct access to the central station computer without being put on hold by a busy operator.
