Introducing Instant Email Transmission
of Alarm Signals

 

Central One announces the capability of instantly emailing any alarm signal to up to five email addresses per signal.  Up to four email addresses may be entered on the special instructions screen of any subscriber account.  The instruction can apply to any alarm type, zone list or system partition.  When any signal is received that meets the special instruction criteria that signal is instantly emailed to the address in the special instruction.

Central One charges a small monthly fee per (non-dealer) email address per month.  This is a great opportunity to sell additional services to your existing subscribers and increase monthly revenues.  Most alphanumeric pagers and cellular phones accept email.  Your subscribers can receive instant notice when certain alarm signals are received wherever they are.  If an alarm requires operator action, a second email is automatically sent when the operator completes the event.

The fifth email address can belong to the dealer.  Each dealer can set up a single email address for signals and then check “Y” for yes in the “Email Dealer (Y/N)?” option for any signal on any account.  The dealer will then receive instant email when the signal is received.  There is no charge for emailing signals to the dealer.
