1. Download the ICA Client software from Citrix.  This software allows your browser to serve as a terminal with access to your subscriber and company accounts as well as reports, dispatch agencies and telephone messages.  When you click the "ICA Client" link you will be asked if you wish to save or open the file.  Select open.  When the download is complete the setup wizard will start automatically.  Accept all of the defaults offered by the wizard.  If you wish to use a non-windows computer you may download the appropriate client software directly from the Citrix web site.

2. Read the Remote Access for Dealers program documentation.  If you intend to add new accounts or make changes to existing accounts you must also read Basic Data Entry for Dealers and bulletin 3000 on file updates and special instructions.

3. Activate your remote terminal by clicking:   

4. Log in using the dealer number, employee number and password that you already established with Central One.
