Automatic Daily Reports

Dealers can receive a series of daily reports via fax, email or web access. Our dealers and their employees can use touch tone telephones to directly access Central One's computer to put accounts on test during service visits. At the end of each day the central station prepares a report showing where each technician has been and whether signals were received during the visit.

Subscriber Trouble Reports

The subscriber Trouble Report is another of the truly unique features that elevates Central One above the competition. Each day at midnight the central station computer examines every account in the system for problems which should be brought to the dealer's attention. Excessive signaling, the failure of a condition to restore, expired permits and certificates, and the failure to receive a scheduled test signal are some of the items which are reported. This report is either down loaded or faxed to your office daily.

Specialized Status Reports

The weekly derived channel status report was developed by Central One to keep dealers advised of the status of their Watch Alert or derived channel accounts. In addition to the alarm log which records the actions taken by dispatchers when a STU stops responding and in addition to the Subscriber Trouble Report which lists unrestored STU trouble conditions every day for ten days until the STU restores, the derived channel status report shows the status of every STU which is either down or not responding. The information is compiled by electronically comparing the telephone company and central station databases. The differences are reported leaving no room for human error. The central station computer is then updated and status files are automatically prepared for emailing, down loading or faxing to our dealers.

A report of all dealer internet access logon attempts is produced and delivered daily.

Employee Activity Reports

This useful daily report shows where your technicians were based on clocking in and out of accounts using either our FaxBack touch tone telephone access or a mobile web device.  The report indicates whether the employee clocked out or let the time expire and whether the employee sent signals while the account was on test.

Multiple Account Log Report

Our central station down load software allows you to produce your own alarm log reports using a variety of options. The report on the left lists all dispatched alarms and trouble signals for a specific group of accounts and range of dates. Complete information is printed for each alarm event including the individual steps taken by the central station operators and the time each step was completed. Many of our dealers run this report every day so that dispatches and trouble signals may be followed up as needed. Subscribers are impressed when their alarm company detects a problem and respond to it without even being called.

Single account Log Report

Using the software provided by the central station you can produce opening and closing, all event, or other alarm log reports for your subscribers. The report contains your company name, address, and other information of your choosing at the top. The subscriber's name and address appears on the page so that it will fit correctly into a standard, number ten window envelope for mailing.

The central station down load software allows you to enter and maintain a separate mailing address for each account that is different from the premises address. This allows opening and closing reports to be addressed to a business owner at his main office or home if desired.

The central station job manager software package can be used to automate the production of subscriber alarm log reports from your office. You simply touch one key and the job manager produces all of the reports required by your subscribers on a regular basis.  If you wish, Central One can prepare these reports for your subscribers and deliver them by regular mail, email or fax.
